NORA is a transformative 40-acre mixed-use district in the heart of West Palm Beach, master-planned by NDT Development. Named after North Railroad Avenue, it’s nestled along a historic rail line and blends the charm of restored warehouses with a vibrant mix of wellness, dining, design, and hospitality
Phase I includes over 150,000 sq ft of adaptive reuse and new development, reimagining turn-of-the-century railway warehouses into ground-floor retail and over 55,000 sq ft of second-floor creative Class-A office space.
In terms of what’s there, the district features a curated mix of lifestyle retail, boutique fitness, wellness offerings, and elevated dining — with tenants like Loco Taqueria & Oyster Bar, Del Mar Mediterranean, Juliana’s pizza, H&H Bagels, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Warby Parker, and Rumble Boxing, among others.
Looking ahead, future phases will introduce apartments, for-sale condominiums, and a 201-key lifestyle hotel — expanding NORA into a fully realized urban district. The Nora Hotel is being developed in partnership with BD Hotels and hospitality visionary Sean MacPherson, known for iconic New York hotels like The Bowery and Mercer.
